From the first sip to the source
It started with a cup of specialty coffee that tasted unlike anything I'd had before.
That one experience sent me down a path — learning how coffee travels from a cherry on a tree, through the hands of farmers who care deeply about their craft, all the way to the roaster and into your cup.
Once I understood that chain, I felt a responsibility: if farmers halfway around the world are putting that much care into their work, the least I can do is honour it with an equally committed roast — and serve it with the same intention.
