From curious sippers to passionate roasters.

Coffee isn't just our morning drink – it's this whole thing that connects us with people. What started as us being obsessed with finding the perfect cup turned into wanting to share that feeling with everyone else.

The more we learned about specialty coffee – how location, altitude, processing methods, and soil composition completely transform a coffee's flavour – the more fascinated we became. There's an entire world beyond just 'coffee': single origins, different roast levels, varietals we'd never heard of. Pretty soon, just drinking good coffee wasn't enough – we needed to share it with the rest of the world.

After years of learning, cupping, and way too much caffeine, we started roasting our own beans. Now with Jerry's, we roast everything in small batches, focusing on bringing out what makes each coffee special. We want each cup to tell its story.

We're still figuring things out, but our drive hasn't changed: making coffee that brings people together and makes every sip worth savouring.

FINDING OUR ORIGINS

After a decade of being completely obsessed with coffee, we decided to take things into our own hands. What started with sampling beans and learning how climate and elevation shape flavour turned into years of cupping, experimenting, and figuring out the craft of roasting.

Now we roast everything in small batches – picking beans based on what's in season and always staying open to trying new origins. We focus on bringing out each origin's natural character, whether that's light and fruity or bold and chocolatey.

Every roast is designed to hit just right.
