SOURCED WITH INTENTION
After more than a decade of being obsessed with coffee, we finally decided to take things into our own hands.
In the early days, we were just sampling beans and learning how climate, elevation, and processing shape flavour. But as we kept cupping and experimenting, we realised something important: great coffee doesn’t start with roasting — it starts with the people behind the beans.
So we began choosing coffees we genuinely loved and partnering with exporters who cared just as much as we did. People who value long-term relationships, support the farmers they work with, and believe in the forward motion of bringing better coffee to the world. That shared mindset is what lets us source with intention, not just convenience.
Today, we roast everything in small batches — picking what’s in season, staying open to new origins, and always focusing on bringing out each coffee’s natural character, whether it’s bright and fruity or rich and chocolatey.
