Coffee Grinder
Coffee Filters (paper)

Kettle (if your machine doesn't heat water automatically)

MEASUREMENTS
Coffee Dose:
Use a 1:17 coffee-to-water ratio
(Example: 10 g coffee → 170 g water)
Roast Recommendation:
Light roasts are ideal for drip brewing to highlight brighter, more nuanced flavours.
Grind Size:
Medium–coarse for balanced extraction and clarity.
Freshness / Roast Date:
Best enjoyed immediately after roasting, with peak flavour from Day 3 to Day 30.
How to Brew the Perfect Drip Coffee
Step 1: Measure & Grind
Use a 1:17 coffee-to-water ratio.
Example: 20 g coffee → 340 g water (1 cup).
Grind medium–coarse for balanced extraction.
Step 2: Load the Filter
Place a clean filter in the brewer.
Add your ground coffee evenly to create a flat, level bed.
Step 3: Add Water
Fill the reservoir with filtered water matching your ratio.
Example: 30 g coffee → 510 g water.
Step 4: Brew
Start the brewer and let it run.
A full cycle typically takes 5–8 minutes, depending on machine size.
Step 5: Enjoy
Serve immediately after brewing for maximum freshness and clarity.
